PACKAGING

All tubers will be labeled with our “code” for each variety. They will be shipped in a small plastic bag with soil covering the tuber. An “eye” will be visible indicating that the tuber is viable. There will be plenty of stuffing in the box to ensure that the tuber arrives safely to your mailbox!

REFUNDS

Please open your package and check on the safety and security of your tubers within 1-3 days of arrival. We do our absolute best to give you a good product, because we’re pretty experienced with buying dahlia tubers around here! If something is amiss with your order, please contact us immediately at flowersonsummit@gmail.com. Waiting to open the box and checking on the viability of your tuber(s) within 1-3 days invalidates our refund policy. We can’t be responsible for tubers that sat in a hot, dry, and dark mailbox or on the front porch and weren’t properly handled upon arrival. That being said, we also want you to be happy with your purchase and make sure you got exactly what you ordered from us.

We have thoroughly inspected our dahlias and grown them with the best possible sanitation conditions. However, some disease isn’t always evident in a tuber until after it’s grown for a season. If you do contract a tuber that shows sign of disease, please don’t hesitate to let us know, because we will take that variety out of our own fields and out of stock for the next sales season. We, too, only want healthy and happy dahlias growing.
